Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package’s progress.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged Items
We carefully package all products to ensure they arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
Warm Weather Disclaimer
Because our products are made with natural ingredients, shea butter may soften or melt during transit in hot weather. This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product. Simply allow the product to return to room temperature and, if desired, place it in a cool area until it firms up.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
